Howdy fellow spirited women! I am so glad you've joined me here in the Bourbon Cowgirl community.
As I was dreaming up the concept of Bourbon Cowgirl, I spent a lot of time thinking about the kind of retail site my friends, my tribe, my besties would want. As the Chief Marketing Officer of our parent company, Crystal Imagery (where we create the world's most beautifully engraved barware and glassware gifts ) I have spent many hours analyzing our market and customer base. I realized that our existing website catered to and heavily attracted customers seeking gifts for men such as groomsmen gifts and corporate logo glassware.
I then pondered the spending and gifting habits of my friends and other women in general and quickly realized women buy gifts for their girlfriends much more often than they buy for the men in their lives. For example, we buy fun little momentos for our girls' night out or beach weekend getaways. We bring little pick-me-up gifts when a friend is sick or feeling down. We buy best friend birthday gifts for our closest girlfriends, sisters and mothers. And often those gifts are funny gifts for her or sentimental trinkets and even stylish and useful items that show her you truly know and appreciate who she is.
So I realized I needed to create a store where women can find thoughtfully curated and yet affordable gifts for women. Funny gifts for women, BFF gifts and more would be gathered and presented for a one-stop shop for spirited women, loving and thoughtful women who love to bring a smile to their closest friends...to their tribe.
I've gathered a great variety of items and will continue to scour the US for handmade products to offer. Some gifts will be in limited quantity and small batches while others will be offered ongoing so I recommend checking back often so you don't miss out on the small batch items that sell quickly.
