Hello! Thank you for your business and review. As the store owner, I decided last minute to run a sale on the gift cards and sent the newsletter out that next day. There was nobody aware of the sale ahead of time, as it was a last minute decision on my part. I decided to do it as a last minute Christmas gesture for our existing customers. The ladies who run the brick and mortar store and answer our phones would not have been aware the day before- as even I wasn't planning a sale at that point. I'm sorry you were disappointed. However as a small business, I'm working 24/7 to bring the best products and customer service to our customers. So again, even I as the owner-I wasn't even aware of the upcoming 10% on gift cards and simply wanted to take a bit out of my profit margin and say 'thank you' to our existing customer base.
