Three feathers for your hat band. Feathers are bound in sari silk to hold their arrangement. Easy to slip into place behind your hat band. Hat pins help you view the size but are not included. Artisan made in Venus, TX

*Due to the delicate nature of feathers, they may become ruffled or slightly out of shape while in transit. Apply steam lightly with a clothing steamer or tea pot for 3-4 seconds to straighten out the feathers. Hold feathers approximately 6 inches from steam.
