Western Cowboy Feather Hat Band - Willow

The Willow feather hat band is constructed of primarily cream feathers layered with brown and iridescent feathers. Hat not included.

*Due to the delicate nature of feathers, they may become ruffled or slightly out of shape while in transit. Apply steam lightly with a clothing steamer or tea pot for 3-4 seconds to straighten out the feathers. Hold feathers approximately 6 inches from steam.
